Clientèle Thank You General Terms and Conditions Definitions and Interpretations 1. Direct Rewards means Direct Rewards Proprietary Limited, with a registration number: 2016/19599/07, a private company duly incorporated in accordance with the company laws of the Republic of South Africa (“Direct Rewards”). 2. CBC means Clientele Benefits Company Limited, with a registration number: 2014/076232/07, a private company duly incorporated in accordance with the company laws of the Republic of South Africa (“CBC Rewards”). 3. Benefits/Services/Gift(s) means the value-adding benefits and / or services to be provided by Direct Rewards as part of the Clientele loyalty programme 4. Client(s) means any Clientele Life and Clientele General client(s) whom has subscribed for and paid to receive the Benefits and Services during any particular month. 5. Thank You means the gift offered in relation to the receipt of a successfully answered survey. 6. Promoter/s means CBC who offer the benefit and Direct Rewards who facilitate the offering 7. Voucher/s means offerings from a supplier which are valid for 30 days from receipt of SMS 8. Thank You means the five optional offerings distributed to clients of which one can be chosen 1. Qualifying criteria • If you have received an SMS with the Thank You from Clientèle, a client has successfully qualified for this campaign • To qualify a client must have successfully DebiChecked their Clientele product, conserved a policy with Clientele in collaboration with formal retention tools or completed a survey. 2. Unforeseen events • Direct Rewards, and their associated companies, agents and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this Thank You campaign. • No member of the Promoter/s is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of the Promoter/s which may cause the campaign to be disrupted or corrupted. 3. Clientèle Thank You free gift • The Clientèle Thank You offering is only awarded to our loyal Policy holders who have successfully DebiChecked their Clientele product, conserved a policy with Clientele in collaboration with formal retention tools or completed a survey. • The Clientèle Thank you offering is offered by CBC Rewards, and CBC Rewards may amend terms and conditions at its sole discretion from time to time. CBC Rewards will notify you 31 days prior to these changes. 4. Limitation of liability • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (but not otherwise) the Promoter/s their agents responsible for administering the gift, as well as the sponsors assume no responsibility and are not liable for (i) the accuracy or otherwise of the gift description or illustration, (ii) the non-availability, loss, interception or interference with, late receipt or damage of or to any gift, notification or other communication, or (iii) any representation, warranty, condition or guarantee in respect of any gift.
